The Transfer and Lifelong Learning Center (TLLC) serves the admission needs of students with diverse educational backgrounds and goals, including:

  • Degree-seeking students transferring directly from other colleges and universities to complete bachelor's degrees;
  • Professionals enrolling in certificate programs or individual classes to enhance their skills, earn credentials or maintain licensure in their field;
  • Non-traditional students who postponed college or took a break, and want to complete a degree;
  • Intellectually curious people of all ages and educational backgrounds who love to learn and take college courses for personal growth;
  • Non-Matriculated/Non-degree seeking students who need to take courses for credit;
  • US Military Veterans seeking to transfer military credits.


TLLC Programs & Services

  • Prior Learning Assistance: you may be able to turn past work and life experience into credit.
  • Senior Audit: if you are 60 or older, you may be eligible to audit courses at UC, free of charge.
