Transcripts / course list
We require official transcripts, translated into English, from all secondary schools you have attended and for university studies you have completed or are currently engaged in.
Photocopies of original documents must have the signature of the registrar and the seal of the issuing institution. The signature must be original and the seal must be embossed in the photocopy.
All documents not issued in English by the officials signing them must be accompanied by notarized English translations.
The transcript must include a list of the courses you have completed and the marks attained for every class for each of your 4 years of study prior to graduation from high school. Because of differing school systems, this may mean that a year of study in a "middle" school will need to be included, particularly if your "high school" course was for three years.
Credit evaluation process. After you are offered admission to the University of Cincinnati, the program to which you are admitted evaluates and awards transfer credit or advanced standing independently. If you need specific transfer credit information, please contact the assistant dean or associate dean of the college that offers the program to which you are applying.
