Current UC Students

This information is for current UC students who wish to transition from one UC program to another. For example:

  • You will soon complete a two-year program at Raymond Walters or Clermont College.

  • You are ready to move into a 4-year program from Raymond Walters College or Clermont College.

  • You want to change your major, and your new major is offered by a different college than your current major.

Here's what you need to do:

  • Fill out an "Application for Change in College and Program" (sometimes referred to as the "On-Campus Transfer Form"), which you can obtain from your current college office.

  • Submit the completed form to the college which offers the program that you want to transition into.

Once you have submitted the form, the faculty and staff of your desired major will evaluate your academic record and communicate with you about the transition process.

For more information about transitioning between UC colleges, please see the transition guide developed by the Office of Educational Services.
