Overview
The University of Cincinnati’s Bachelor of Science in Information Technology program prepares students to build their expertise by focusing on important IT concepts that are needed to thrive in the IT industry. Our program allows our students to take courses where they will learn how to create innovative solutions using cutting-edge technology; assist in creating cybersecurity solutions to prevent cybercrime; analyze data for forward thinking decision making; create applications that use the latest programming languages and technologies; and develop games and simulations that are both engaging and visually stimulating to consumers.
Students who complete the entire Track with a C- above in each course are granted automatic admission to the School of Information Technology and a Co-Op the summer after their high school graduation. Completion of the entire Track is equivalent to completion of the entire first year of an undergraduate degree through the School of Information Technology
