Submit Your Application

Use this application if you have not previously taken a class through a Launch UC program (CCP or Dual Enrollment). After accessing your account, start a new application. Make sure to select the year 2026, and then the 2026 Launch UC application. Review the application deadlines to make sure you have submitted your information on time.

After applying, log in and check your Launch UC application status. Electronic admissions decision notices will be sent to the email listed on your application.

Click Start Application below and select Create an account under First-time users.

If you have already created an account within Slate and have been prompted to submit or complete a new Launch UC application, click Finish Application below. Make sure you submit your application by the correct deadline.

After submitting your application, you can log in and check your Launch UC application status. Admissions decision notices will be sent to the email you provided on your application.

Click Finish Application below and select Log in under Returning users

If you are already enrolled in a Launch UC program and want to switch to taking classes at one of UC's campuses in addition to your high school, use the Change of Modality Request Form.

Submit your state-issued Funding award letter using the Funding Award Letter Submission Form (UC login required).
