Overview
The University of Cincinnati’s undergraduate psychology program explores how we think, feel, and act - blending scientific research with real-world applications to understand human behavior. The program offers both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science, allowing flexibility to focus on research or applied psychology. Students gain a strong foundation in research methods, statistics, and core psychological theory, while also engaging in hands-on experiences like internships, co-ops, and faculty-led research in areas such as Clinical Psychology, Cognition, Action and Perception (CAP), and Community and Organizational Research for Action (CORA). First-year students benefit from learning communities, mentoring, and a supportive academic environment that prepares them for careers or graduate study in a wide range of fields.
